“ For me this will always be a go breakfast spot for the classic diner experience! I worked near this restaurant and was my favorite breakfast. Today I had their egg Benedict with hash browns! It was so good! And the hash browns cooked to perfection crispy and not overdone! Service was good never had an empty coffee cup. And the ambience is of a classic diner! ”
“ Mae's Cafe use to be open 24 hours and I've been here at 2am before but now it closes, which is fine post pandemic. It's basically a fancy local Denny's with some interesting food options. The restaurant looks like a classic american diner on the inside and a bar and booths. It was mostly families present when we went so it's a nice local place to relax and have some comfort food. I had the Tijuana Scramble which was good and cheesy and definitely filling for the price but it didn't have chorizo so keep that in mind. My friend got the T-bone steak and it looked good and was also filling. The portions here are very good but don't expect exceptional food. I really like the hash browns and would highly recommend them if you go here. Overall, I'd recommend it if you want breakfast or a late night meal but do consider other options if you're looking for more of a gourmet experience. ”
